Promoting the principles of the Republican Party of Virginia in Williamsburg and James City County.

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Williamsburg-James City County Republican Committee is to promote and promulgate the principles of the Republican Party of Virginia as outlined in the Virginia Republican Creed, to encourage qualified candidates to run for public office, to elect Republican candidates to public office, and to assist elected Republican officials in the execution of their responsibilities.

Currently a member of the James City County Board of Supervisors, representing the Stonehouse District. Former member of the James City County Planning Commission. Former Chairman of Charlottesville and James City County GOP Committees. Volunteer with the James City County Police Dept. Commercial pilot and former Sky Goddess (flight attendant).

Vice Chair — Precinct & Volunteers

Oversees precinct activities in Williamsburg and James City County to maximize Republican voters. Chairs Precinct Committees for volunteers to support GOP candidates. Curtis retired to Williamsburg after a 35 year corporate career with James River Paper and Packaging, Coca Cola, and Lipton Tea.

Debra Price is a proud Virginia Beach native whose life has been defined by service, family, and community. A devoted mother to one son and a loving grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters, she treasures every opportunity to create lasting memories with her family. After a distinguished 25-year career as an Executive Director in senior healthcare, Debra retired with a legacy of compassionate leadership and dedication to improving the lives of others. Today, she channels that same passion into volunteering for causes close to her heart and organizing memorable parties and fundraising events that bring people together for a purpose. A strong American patriot with deeply rooted conservative and Christian values, Debra embraces life with enthusiasm. Whether boating, fishing, attending outdoor concerts and festivals, savoring great food and wine, or traveling the world, she enjoys every adventure. And if you really want to persuade her to do just about anything, there's one simple secret: chocolate.

Neil (Neal) Burton

A native Virginian, Neal was born in Roanoke and raised in Richmond, VA. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Business Management and took additional studies in accounting at Arizona State University. Neal passed the Certified Public Accountant examination. Currently the owner of Burton Accounting Service, Inc. in Williamsburg, VA, he formerly owned Financial Accounting Services, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA. Both firms focused on assisting small businesses with their accounting needs, advising them towards business success. Formerly, he was Chief Accounting Officer for the development and management of two master planned communities: McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale, AZ and Las Campanas, Santa Fe, NM and served on several HOA Boards. For 10 years, Neal served as Treasurer of the Berkshire County Republican Association PAC, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA. Married to Bonnie Burton, owner of Colorful Stitches Fine Yarn in Merchants Square, Colonial Williamsburg.

Vice Chair — Williamsburg

William Fitzgerald is the current Vice Chair of Williamsburg and serves as the First Congressional District Field Director for the Republican Party of Virginia. Originally from Newport News, he moved to Williamsburg in 2018 and is an alumnus of the College of William and Mary. He has worked as a campaign manager and regional field director for multiple local and state-level races. He has also served as a registered lobbyist during the past three sessions of the Virginia General Assembly.

Vice Chair — Analytics

Steven Mains is a retired Army Colonel and now leads a media and data analysis company headquartered in Tampa, FL. He is married and has lived in James City County since 1998, minus some years away with the military. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and holds advanced degrees from the College of William and Mary.
